SWAN’s Extraordinary General Assembly 2025

We have the pleasure to welcome you to our upcoming Extraordinary General Assembly which will be held online on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 16:00 (CET).

The event holds great importance for us, as we come together to bid farewell to long-time executive committee members who have shaped what SWAN is today. A brand new chapter is about to begin and this meeting will provide you with an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our network. Let’s get together! Your presence matters!

It contains the protocol of the last General Assembly, the agenda of this Extraordinary General Assembly, the presentation of the candidates to the Executive Committee and the 2024 activity report. Please read them in advance, so we can vote for their approval more efficiently during the assembly.
